Processing Times:


We are currently processing orders in 1-3 days, not including shipping time. All of our candles are hand poured and can take additional time for special orders. Please note these processing times are Business days, Monday- Friday.

 

‎Once your order is placed we are unable to cancel or refund that order.



All Sales are Final:


Merchandise is only eligible for credit if damaged upon delivery. You must contact us within 3 business days after receiving your order, and photos of the damaged merchandise will be required to file a claim with the USPS. We may also ask you to return the damaged products to us, as sometimes this is requested from USPS in the claim process. We will not be responsible or reimburse for any shipping costs. If it is determined that the merchandise is damaged we will credit your account for the full amount of the merchandise. 



Summer Heat & Shipping:


We do everything we can to ensure that your wax goodies arrive to you perfectly in the hot summer months. However, UPS will not reimburse for melted candles or wax melts with that in mind, please understand that Lilia's Light Candle Co. will not be held liable for melted products. Please know that you are ordering at your own risk but that we do everything we can and take extra measures to wrap and package your goodies to withstand the warmer temps. All summer shipments will be made Priority mail with 1-3 day shipping. Shipments will go out Monday-Wednesday to avoid being stuck at a facility over the weekend. It is also a good idea to make sure someone is home to receive your order to avoid sitting outside for an extended time.



Changes or additions to orders:


Please make sure your order is complete and as you want it, we can not make changes or add to orders once they have been processed and finalized. There is no exception to this rule.

  3. Lilia’s Light Candle Co. is not responsible  or liable for: any injuries, damages or losses of any kind due to your use of any product purchased from Lilia’s Light Candle Co. In any case, our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product. Please refer to our “education” page on how to properly care for your candle to avoid hazards.
